Try it in class:
- Pairs race. Print one copy per pair. The first pair to finish with every answer correct wins, so they have to check spelling together before they put their hands up.
- Clue swap. Students choose eight words from the unit and write their own clues. Paste them into "Make your own" and give each crossword to a different pair to solve.
- End-of-unit revision. Put the unit's vocabulary into a crossword, show it on the board and let teams call out answers. Click a clue to reveal it once a team gets it right.
